The most important thing for us is:
- Characteristics and attitude: You are a pleasant, helpful person who wants and is able to help colleagues and clients.
- Desire to improve: You want to learn, grow and offer ideas on how to make processes simpler and smoother.
- Information management: You are the central axis of the office – colleagues will ask you everything and always, so you will definitely not be bored!
- Language and IT skills: You speak and write Lithuanian fluently, have an okay basic knowledge of English, you work confidently with MS Office / Google Workspace and understand that AI does not always provide the right answers.
- Advantage (but not a necessity): Experience working with business and government systems (GPAIS, IDAIS, SABIS, i.MAS, Pragma) or public procurement. (If you don’t know how – we will teach you, it’s not rocket science!)
Main tasks:
- Team support: Assisting sales managers in preparing documents for public procurement, searching for and coordinating the necessary transport.
- Documents and systems: Preparing contracts according to prepared templates, entering data into tables and submitting reports in business and government systems (GPAIS, IDAIS, SABIS, i.MAS, Pragma).
- Office life: Managing incoming calls and emails, welcoming guests and maintaining daily office routine.
