About the position:
We are looking for an organized and proactive person to join our international team in Vilnius and ensure the smooth running of the office and daily administrative processes.
The position is fixed-term (~1.5 years), with the possibility of continuing your career within the company depending on your performance.

Nature of work:
- Ensuring smooth office work (office supplies, order, daily needs)
- Administrative support for different departments
- Data entry and coordination tasks
- Assistance to the marketing team
- Organization and coordination of internal events
- Communication with colleagues in the Baltic countries
Requirements for the candidate:
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of English (working language – English)
- Organization and responsibility
- Initiative and independence
- Willingness to learn and get involved in team activities
