Nature of work:
- Ensure that the office operates, flourishes, lacks nothing, and colleagues and clients come to it with joy;
- Receive guests politely and tactfully;
- Manage company correspondence;
- Prepare, register and archive documents (letters, requests, orders, contracts, powers of attorney, etc.);
- Know the rules of clerical work;
- Cooperate with partners, clients and colleagues;
- Help organize and implement the company's fun gatherings, team building and other activities;
- Perform other tasks assigned by managers.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of work experience as an office administrator or
- Very good communication, organizational and time management skills;
- Natural helpfulness, positive attitude to work;
- Diligence, responsibility and initiative;
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian;
- Good knowledge of English at least B2 level (verbal and written);
- Computer literacy (MS Office package, document management
- Knowledge of clerical and document preparation.
