Your future responsibilities:

  • organization of low-value public procurement, placing orders, administration of contracts and invoices (using the EcoCost program);
  • preparation, registration and administration of documents, ensuring their compliance with the established requirements (using the Kontora, Avilys programs);
  • organization of meetings and events;
  • organization of office activities and ensuring smooth daily routine (ordering stationery, maintaining office order, etc.);
  • organization of business trips and resolving related issues;
  • assistance to the manager and cooperation with team members in order to ensure effective implementation of the company's and team's activities.

We care, so we expect you to:

  • have a higher or higher education (in administration, management or similar field);
  • have work experience in the field of administration or document management (an advantage is experience in the field of public procurement);
  • know the principles of document preparation, management and archiving;
  • are able to work with information systems and MS Office programs (experience with EcoCost, Kontora, Avilys programs will be considered a great advantage);
  • are organized, meticulous, responsible and able to plan time effectively;
  • are able to communicate fluently, both orally and in writing, in Lithuanian; knowledge of other foreign languages will be considered a great advantage;
  • have good communication and cooperation skills and are able to work both independently and in a team.
