Nature of work

  • Management of internal company documents (registration, preparation, sending, archiving);
  • Organization of business trips (booking travel tickets, hotels) and meetings;
  • General office maintenance (ordering stationery and other goods, maintaining internal order);
  • Receiving, directing, providing information;
  • Organization of internal company events and other activities that improve engagement;
  • Organization of external company events in Lithuania and abroad;
  • Other administrative work as needed.

Employee requirements

  • Higher, higher education;
  • Administrative work experience (great advantage);
  • Knowledge of clerical rules, computer literacy;
  • Knowledge of foreign languages – English (A2-B1 level), Russian (advantage);
  • Excellent planning, prioritization and organizational skills;
  • High level of confidentiality and adherence to ethical principles;
  • Ability to work in a team, positivity, initiative.
