Nature of work
- Management of internal company documents (registration, preparation, sending, archiving);
- Organization of business trips (booking travel tickets, hotels) and meetings;
- General office maintenance (ordering stationery and other goods, maintaining internal order);
- Receiving, directing, providing information;
- Organization of internal company events and other activities that improve engagement;
- Organization of external company events in Lithuania and abroad;
- Other administrative work as needed.
Employee requirements
- Higher, higher education;
- Administrative work experience (great advantage);
- Knowledge of clerical rules, computer literacy;
- Knowledge of foreign languages – English (A2-B1 level), Russian (advantage);
- Excellent planning, prioritization and organizational skills;
- High level of confidentiality and adherence to ethical principles;
- Ability to work in a team, positivity, initiative.
