Management of internal company documents (registration, preparation, sending, archiving);
Organization of business trips (booking travel tickets, hotels) and meetings;
General office maintenance (ordering stationery and other goods, maintaining internal order);
Receiving, directing, providing information;
Organization of internal company events and other activities that improve engagement;
Organization of external company events in Lithuania and abroad;
Other administrative work as needed.
Employee requirements
Higher, higher education;
Administrative work experience (great advantage);
Knowledge of clerical rules, computer literacy;
Knowledge of foreign languages – English (A2-B1 level), Russian (advantage);
Excellent planning, prioritization and organizational skills;
High level of confidentiality and adherence to ethical principles;
Ability to work in a team, positivity, initiative.
