Primary responsibilities
Office life coordination: you will take care of the smooth daily office activities, cleanliness, order and ordering of necessary equipment (stationery, snacks, coffee).
Guest reception: you will be the "face" of our company - you will pleasantly greet clients, partners and guests.
Document management: you will manage incoming / outgoing correspondence, register documents.
Team support: you will assist managers and colleagues in organizing meetings, events or business trips.
Calls and e-mail: you will answer general inquiries by e-mail, sometimes by phone.

Requirements
- You have excellent communication skills.
- You have excellent knowledge of Lithuanian (both written and spoken) and speak English (other foreign languages are an advantage).
- You are organized, able to independently plan your time and set priorities.
- You feel confident working with a computer (MS Office, Google Workspace programs).
- Similar work experience would be an advantage, but not necessary - we are ready to teach you everything!
