- Coordination of daily office activities and ensuring order.
- Welcoming guests, clients and partners, administering calls and emails.
- Ordering office supplies, preparing meeting rooms, communicating with service providers.
- Assistance in organizing internal company events, celebrations, trainings and client events.
- Assistance to the marketing team in administering social networks and collaborating with opinion leaders
- Uploading and updating information on products, recipes, promotions and special offers.
- Systematizing promotion information, preparing data.
Employee requirements
- Administrative work experience.
- Diligence, responsibility and good organization.
- Ability to work with documents, texts, tables and information.
- Good MS Office, especially Excel, skills.
- Correct written and spoken Lithuanian.
- Communicative skills, independence and willingness to help the team.
- Knowledge of English
