Main functions
- Office supplies, supplier coordination, mail and parcel administration, guest reception.
- Organization of meetings and trips, preparation and administration of documents.
- Administration of invoices and expenses, organization of purchases.
- New employee induction processes, support of internal communication.
- Work schedule planning, organizational assistance at events, accreditation administration.
- Contact and database maintenance, information updating, survey coordination.
Position requirements
- Higher or higher education (in administration, management or related fields - an advantage).
- Experience in administrative work or operations coordination.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work with several tasks simultaneously and prioritize them.
- Very good knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
- Good skills in MS Office programs.
- Responsibility, initiative, diligence and attention to detail.
