We are looking for someone who can help ensure the smooth running of the company's daily operations.
This position is suitable for someone who enjoys a variety of work, independence, and situations where one day you have to take care of the warehouse, and the next - documents, cars, suppliers, or office matters.

Your responsibilities
- receiving, checking and placing goods and installation materials in the warehouse;
- entering goods and documents into the warehouse accounting program;
- transferring invoices, delivery notes and other documents to the accounting department;
- preparing employee employment documents and employment contracts;
- administrating the company's cars: insurance, tires, services, technical maintenance issues;
- communication with suppliers and service providers;
- preparing simple commercial offers;
- ordering office supplies, coffee, hygiene products and other necessary goods;
- solving various daily organizational issues.
What do we expect from you?
- responsibility and diligence;
- ability to independently plan one's work;
- initiative and desire to solve problems, not avoid them;
- good computer skills;
- ability to communicate with colleagues, customers and suppliers;
- driver's license;
- willingness to do a variety of work - both at a computer and in a warehouse.
Experience in administration, logistics, warehouse or similar fields would be an advantage, but most importantly - a responsible attitude and the ability to cope with different tasks.
