UADBB “Insurance Brokers Alliance” is an insurance brokerage company established in 2011, financed by UAB concern “ACHEMOS GRUPĖ” and private investors. The company is focused on serving business clients and specializes in non-life insurance.
The company cooperates with all insurance companies operating in Lithuania and branches of insurance companies in the European Economic Area.
The company provides solutions in the areas of both common business risks (civil liability, property, transport, employee accident insurance) and specific risks (managers’ civil liability, credit, voluntary health insurance).
The company is also an active member of the business community – a member of the Lithuanian Insurance Brokers Association and the Vilnius Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Crafts.
This is an important administrative position in the organization, responsible for smooth office work, document management and coordination of organizational processes.
Main responsibilities:
Administration of company documents and correspondence
Preparation, administration and archiving of organizational and administrative documents
Administration of personnel documentation
Administration of contracts for purchased services and/or goods
Supervision of the implementation of the company's internal policies and procedures
Supervision of compliance with personal data processing rules
Organization of providing employees with material assets
Organization of smooth office work and coordination of administrative processes
Assistance to the manager and colleagues in daily activities

Requirements:
Similar work experience in the field of administration or office management
Higher education (advantage – in the field of law)
Excellent Lithuanian language (written and spoken)
Very good clerical skills and ability to formulate thoughts fluently
Fluency in English and Russian – an advantage
Knowledge of the document management system “Avilys” – an advantage
Excellent computer and office equipment skills
Organizational skills, independence and responsibility
Communicative skills, attention to detail, positive attitude
Category B driver’s license and practical driving skills
Higher education (advantage – in the field of law)
Excellent Lithuanian language (written and spoken)
