We are constantly moving forward, so we are looking for an ambitious Customer Service Manager for our team in Vilnius.
We are looking for a colleague who will be responsible for:
- Administration of the department's general e-mail and documents;
- Work in the SAP system: administration of proposals, invoices and receipt documents (we will teach you);
- Debt control and sending reminders to customers;
- Preparation and registration of contracts, acts and other operational documents;
- Control of documents, contracts and task deadlines;
- Administration of personnel and office documents;
- Accounting and administration of work clothes, occupational safety and other means necessary for employees;
- Planning, ordering and accounting for the need for farm, stationery and office supplies;
- Assisting the department head with daily administrative and organizational issues;
- Preparation of reports and summaries.
