Nature of work
We are looking for an Office Manager to join our growing team, located in Vilnius and Liepkalnis, to supplement and strengthen it.
Teltonika's electronics manufacturing units develop and assemble our devices - from prototypes to large-scale serial production. Using advanced automation and robotics, we turn any complex idea into a fully developed product.

We value everyone's efforts and experience, so we offer an attractive salary that matches your skills and competence. The salary for this position is from 11 Eur/hr. to 12 Eur/hr. (~1848 Eur – 2016 Eur) excluding taxes, depending on your experience and competence;

In this position, you will:
- Organize visits of guest delegations, meet guests and provide them with information.
- Administer incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Ensure general office order, order necessary goods and services, and control their renewal.
- You will be responsible for instructing new employees on employee safety and fire safety issues, issuing work clothes and work protection equipment.
- You will provide information to employees on all office management issues.
- You will be responsible for maintaining order in the common office premises.
- You will manage and distribute telephone calls and other information flows.
- You will organize business trips for company employees.
- You will issue work tools (mobile phones, SIM cards, stamps) to employees.
- You will fill out work schedules and timesheets.

- Knowledge of clerical work.
- Sociability, organization and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to manage a large flow of information.
- Previous administrative work experience would be an advantage.
- English language knowledge from B1 level.

Salary:

- The employment contract specifies a fixed hourly wage excluding taxes.
