We are looking for a responsible team member to join our team and help ensure the smooth execution of daily processes.
Activities awaiting you:

- Assisting the project manager in daily activities, ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently;
- Preparing all necessary documents for the start of the facility's activities, ensuring the smooth execution of employee business trips (we train);
- Travel organization: booking and purchasing flights, ferries and other transport tickets;
- Organizing accommodation through various platforms (e.g. Airbnb, Booking, etc.);
- Controlling and administering facility costs using MS Excel;
- Supporting office activities by performing assigned administrative tasks and ensuring a smooth daily work process;
What we expect:
- You have excellent command of English (verbal and written) and are able to communicate effectively;
- Basic knowledge of Russian would be a great advantage for this job position;
- You are organized, responsible, have analytical and strategic thinking, and are able to solve problems effectively;
- You have good computer skills (Word, Excel, e-mail);
- You are able to effectively plan your time, prioritize tasks, and work in a dynamic environment;
- Driver's license;
