- Have a higher education and at least 1 year of experience in office administration;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain focus even in a rapidly changing environment;
- Fluent in Lithuanian and English (Russian is an advantage);
- Able to use MS Office programs;
- You are responsible, helpful, and communicative. You are proactive - you notice problems, suggest solutions, and take action;
- Have a category B driver's license.
We will entrust you with:
- Office administration - welcoming guests, ordering equipment, managing correspondence, etc.;
- Ensure order in the office and smooth daily office work;
- Administration of the company's car fleet and mobile phones;
- Organization of business trips and trips (hotels, tickets, etc.);
- Assistance in organizing company events;
- Document administration – registering orders, authorizations, procedures, etc.;
- Assistance to colleagues on various issues.

- Salary 2200 - 2800 EUR gross (before taxes);
