Office Manager | Teltonika IoT Group

We are currently recruiting an experienced and ambitious Office Manager to join our competent and dedicated team in Vilnius.

In this position you will:

• Administer internal and external systems (request management, parking reservations, guest registration and RFID card issuance);
• Ensure a representative welcome for company guests;
• Prepare DSS, GS and CS documentation, familiarize employees with it in the DMS system and organize the necessary training and coaching;
• Participate in internal and external DSS audits;
• Organize the registration of correspondence and parcels and their transfer to responsible persons;
• Take care of ordering household and stationery products and purchasing employee awards;
• Maintain general order and a representative office environment;
• Provide assistance to the manager in solving other daily administrative issues.

What we expect from you:

• Higher or higher education;
• At least 1 year of experience in similar administrative work;
• Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian (written and oral);
• English language proficiency (at least B2 level);
• Excellent time planning, prioritization and organizational skills;
• Proactivity, attention to detail and the ability to make decisions independently;
• Orientation to helping colleagues and ensuring smooth processes.

Salary:

Assessing the candidate's efforts and experience, we offer an attractive salary that matches the skills and competence. The salary for this position starts from 14€/hr. to 16€/hr (from ~ 2350 Eur to 2700 Eur) excluding taxes, depending on your experience and competence.

• We also specify a defined fixed (tariff) hourly salary before taxes in the employment contract.
