Salary:
Assessing the efforts and experience of the candidates, we offer an attractive salary that matches the skills and competence. The salary for this position ranges from 11 Eur/h to 12 Eur/h (~1848 Eur – 2016 Eur) excluding taxes, depending on your experience and competence.

We are currently inviting a friendly and organized Office Manager to join the TLT Mechanics team!
You have no experience, but want to grow? We will train!
In this position you:
- Organize visits of guest delegations, meet guests and provide them with information.
- Administer incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Ensure general office order, order necessary goods and services and control their renewal.
- You will be responsible for instructing new employees on employee safety and fire safety issues, issuing work clothes and work protective equipment.
- Provide information to employees on all office management issues.
- You will be responsible for maintaining order in the common office premises.
- Manage and distribute telephone calls and other information flows.
- Organize business trips for company employees.
- Issuance of work tools (mobile phones, SIM cards, stamps) to employees.
- Fill out work schedules and timesheets.
What we expect from you:
- Communicative skills, organization and ability to work in a team.
- Ability to manage a large flow of information.
- Knowledge of writing.
- Previous administrative work experience would be an advantage.
- English knowledge from B1 level.

Salary:
