Office Manager
Krismar Lithuania is looking for an Office Manager with HR and administrative coordination functions.
We are engaged in personnel selection and hiring, including employees from third countries. We are looking for someone who is able to work with documents, people and communication, and also wants to improve in the field of HR, migration administration and international personnel selection.
Main responsibilities:
— documentation management and administrative coordination of processes;
— communication with candidates, employees, clients and partners;
— posting job advertisements and working with social networks;
— accompanying candidates from the first contact to employment;
— communication with Lithuanian state institutions on employment, migration and labor law issues;
— coordination of information between candidates, employees and the internal team.

Employee requirements

— at least 1 year of work experience in office administration, document administration, HR, personnel selection or communication;
— knowledge of Lithuanian at least A2 level;
— knowledge of English at least B2 level;
— knowledge of Russian at least B2 level for communication with candidates and employees;
— ability to work with people, documents and a large amount of information;
— responsibility, discipline, attentiveness and ability to independently organize the work process;
— Category B driver's license would be an advantage;
— Knowledge of Lithuanian labor law and/or migration processes would be an advantage.
