OFFICE MANAGER

Contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:

• Administering the processes of document management systems;
• Administering company documents (acceptance, registration, distribution and archiving of documents);
• Communicating with company guests, partners, helping to solve problems;
• Initiating purchases of services and goods necessary for operational assurance;
• When ordering goods, services, administering contracts for goods and services;
• Planning and monitoring the use of the assigned budget, making suggestions for the efficient use of the budget.

• Higher education;
• At least 2 years of similar work experience;
• Excellent clerical skills;
• Excellent oral and written Lithuanian language skills, ability to communicate in English;
• User skills in working with basic MS Office programs;
• Excellent information and time management, work planning and organizational skills;
• Communicative skills, quick reaction, ability to switch between different tasks, diligence and responsibility.

The fixed salary range for the position group is from EUR 1,720 to EUR 2,580 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered based on work experience and competence. A variable salary may be paid in addition to the salary.
