Nature of work
- Administration of office activities (calls, correspondence, document preparation and maintenance, economic issues);
- Preparation and adjustment of standard contracts;
- Office maintenance, ordering of stationery and other office supplies;
- Assistance to sales managers – entering customer data, order administration, issuing VAT invoices, accounting for goods;
- Creating a good microclimate in the office;
- Assistance to the manager and colleagues in daily tasks.
What do we expect from you:
- Higher university or college education;
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken);
- Basic knowledge of clerical skills;
- Computer literacy;
- Experience in office administration (an advantage, but not a necessity);
- Responsibility, diligence, organization, positivity, ability to work both in a team and independently;
- Ability to quickly solve problems;
- Driver's license (an advantage).
