Nature of work

ISS is an international company founded in Denmark in 1901. Today, ISS has offices in more than 30 countries around the world and over 350,000 employees. ISS Lithuania started its operations in 2005 and has grown to 330 employees. ISS Lithuania provides integrated building management and maintenance services, such as office management, cleaning, catering, technical maintenance, etc.

Currently, the ISS Lithuania office management team is looking for a colleague whose responsibilities will include:
  • Organizing smooth office operations and ensuring order: receiving and directing calls; registering, distributing/sending incoming and outgoing correspondence; administering contracts (registration, deadline control); administering invoices and preparing related documentation (debit acts); preparing various internal documents: orders, authorizations, certificates; providing the office with stationery and other necessary goods; maintaining office equipment; maintenance of premises and workplaces (registration of complaints, informing responsible persons about faults, necessary repair work); communication with the building owner and contractors (coordination of working times and deadlines, escort); administration of the parking system;
  • Organization of company events;
  • Development and implementation of initiatives aimed at improving the employee experience in the office;
  • Development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures;
  • Organization of trips: booking tickets, hotels, calling a taxi;
  • Office administration services, replacing colleagues in other client departments;
  • Other administrative and organizational tasks.

Place of work: Place of work - ISS Lietuva, Spaudos 8-1, Vilnius;
Working hours: Mondays - Thursdays 7:00/8:00 - 16:00/17:00, Fridays 8:00 - 16:00.

Employee requirements

We expect you to:

  • You have successful experience in the field of administrative work;
  • You have obtained a higher education;
  • You have very good English language skills;
  • You are able to work with basic MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • You worked with the organization of company events;
  • You are helpful, organized and proactive.
