UNIT ENGINEER IN POWER PLANTS

You will contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:

• Operating biofuel boiler plants according to the planned operating modes and schedules;
• Carrying out equipment inspections and testing according to the planned procedures;
• Identifying equipment defects and malfunctions;
• Preparing operational documentation;
• Performing minor metalwork work;
• Working in a shift work schedule.

• Higher/college education in the field of energy or mechanics;
• Skills in using basic MS Office programs;
• Responsibility, communication skills, result orientation;
• Willingness to learn and improve;
• Category B driver's license

An advantage would be:

• Knowledge of electrical and electrical network operating rules, fire safety rules for energy facilities and safety rules for operating heating equipment.

• When working in shifts – at night, earnings increase by 1.5 times, and during holidays – even double. On average, this can mean about 30% more than your monthly salary;
• For good results, an additional bonus of up to 10% of your salary is awarded every three months;
• If you live outside the Elektrėnai or Kaišiadorys municipalities from your workplace – an additional mobility compensation of 211EUR/month (before taxes) is awarded;

The fixed salary range for the position group is from 2,290 to 3,430 EUR (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competence. A variable remuneration component may be paid in addition to the salary.
