Our BMW after-sales service team is looking for a senior mechanic to join the Klaipėda team. In this position, you will be responsible for organizing car repairs, ensuring the quality of work, forming a direct team and communicating with the manufacturer's technical department.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO
- Organize and coordinate daily BMW service activities.
- Ensure the quality of diagnostics and repairs, compliance with technological requirements.
- Monitor key performance indicators, identify improvement opportunities and initiate solutions.
- Investigate customer complaints.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer requirements.
- Prepare the service for audits, monitor compliance with processes, documentation, equipment, occupational safety and internal procedures.
- Ensure smooth cooperation between teams, contribute to debt prevention.
- Form, develop and motivate the technical team.
- Perform other analysis, planning and customer experience improvement tasks.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this position, you should:
- Have at least 3 years of experience in automotive repair, service technician, technical team coordination or similar field.
- Have good knowledge of automotive diagnostics, repairs, warranty processes and service activities.
- Be able to organize team work and effectively solve problems.
- Have experience working with service performance indicators and their analysis.
- Have strong communication, collaboration and team building skills.
- Be focused on results, quality and process compliance.
- Be good at working with computers (knowledge of Navision, Automaster, Optimum, Audatex or manufacturer's systems is an advantage).
- Be able to work with technical information in English.
- Have a valid category B driver's license.
