Baltic Cranes operates the largest tower crane fleet in Lithuania and is expanding its team of operators.

We are looking for two types of people — and we have something to offer both.

If you already have a certificate and experience — we will talk immediately and specifically.

• You will work with TEREX and ZBK cranes — neat and well-maintained, not with something that needs to be refreshed every morning
• Permanent objects — without downtime and without "waiting for a job to appear"
• Salary is discussed individually according to the experience and equipment you have worked with. Tell us your number — and we will start the conversation with it
• If desired — overtime and weekends.
• Objects mainly in Vilnius, if necessary — in other cities; accommodation is available for those coming from other cities

We have a clear process and extensive experience in training tower crane operators in Lithuania.

Suitable if you have worked with machinery — forklifts, construction equipment, trucks, service — or you are simply not afraid of heights and want a profession, not just a job. No diploma or construction experience is required. We are looking for candidates regardless of age and gender. Salary is paid during training.

You will operate a tower crane at construction sites in Vilnius (if necessary, throughout Lithuania), lift loads according to site tasks, work with a team of construction workers via radio, and perform daily crane inspections. You will contribute to many new buildings being built in Lithuania - you will assemble them yourself.
