We are now looking for an ambitious and business-driven Brand Manager for the Wines category who will take full ownership of category performance and drive its strategic development.

We are now looking for an ambitious and business-driven Brand Manager for the Wines category who will take full ownership of category performance and drive its strategic development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance sales and profitability.
- Manage and grow assigned products in alignment with market trends and company objectives.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to drive category growth.
- Negotiate and maintain relationships with key partners and suppliers.
- Manage category budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting.
- Plan and execute promotional activities to increase brand awareness and sales.
- Monitor category performance, analyze sales data, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Ensure efficient assortment planning and optimal shelf placement in retail chains.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in brand management, trade marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of wines would be considered a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in beverages or alcohol categories.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- A proactive mindset with a results-driven approach.
- Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
