Nature of work
- Working with BRANDT automatic edge laminating machines;
- Edge banding of furniture and commercial equipment parts according to production drawings and technological cards;
- Gluing of PVC, ABS, melamine and other edge materials;
- Preparing machines for work, changing tools and materials and setting technological parameters;
- Controlling the quality of gluing, dimensions of parts and visual quality;
- Labeling, sorting and transferring parts to other production stages;
- Daily maintenance of machines and organization of the workplace according to 5S principles;
- Recording production data in the systems used by the company;
- Cooperation with employees of cutting, CNC, assembly and other production links.
What are we hoping for
- Secondary or vocational education;
- Vocational technical education and/or at least 1 year of experience working with production machines;
- Ability to read technological cards;
- Knowledge of wood and panel materials processing processes;
- Ability to adjust and operate automatic edgebanding machines;
- Ability to use measuring and quality control tools;
- Computer literacy;
- Responsibility, diligence and quality orientation.
- Experience working with BRANDT, HOMAG or other automatic edgebanding machines would be an advantage.
