Brand Sales and Marketing Manager

To form and implement a brand development strategy;
To create and implement marketing and communication plans in Lithuanian and export markets;
To analyze market trends, consumer behavior and the competitive environment;
To initiate and coordinate advertising campaigns in various communication channels;
To plan and manage the marketing budget;
To cooperate with design, sales, production and external partners;
To develop positioning strategies for new products and product groups;
To analyze sales results, prepare action plans and provide proposals to stimulate growth;
To organize participation in exhibitions, business events and other representative projects;
To monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and sales activities according to KPI indicators;
To manage projects and ensure their implementation on time and within the budget.

You have a higher education in marketing, business management, communication or a related field;
You have at least 3 years of experience in marketing, brand development or sales;
You are able to develop and implement marketing strategies;
You are familiar with digital marketing channels and their effectiveness assessment;
You are able to analyze data and make business decisions based on results;
You have excellent communication, negotiation and project management skills;
You are fluent in Lithuanian and have good command of English;
You are proactive, creative and result-oriented.
