Nature of work
Are you able to lead a team and carry out interior finishing work yourself? We offer a position as a foreman working on a project in Berlin. We provide housing and work tools.
In this position, you will combine practical work on site with team coordination. You will be responsible for the distribution of tasks, the progress of work, recording the quantities performed and quality control.
What will you do?
You will distribute tasks to employees according to their competence and the needs of the project.
You will read and check drawings, explain work solutions to the team.
You will coordinate the installation of plasterboard structures, ceilings, doors and other interior finishing works.
You will monitor the progress of work, record the quantities performed and control the quality.
You will coordinate work with the project manager and other teams working on the site.
You will communicate in German when solving daily work organization issues.
You will carry out construction and installation work yourself according to your competence.
Working conditions
Housing and work tools are provided.
You will travel to work with your own transport. The provision of company transport may be considered based on the need for tool transportation.
The planned start of work is November 3. The project is time-limited, planned until February 2027, but the work may be completed earlier. After the successful implementation of the project and receiving further orders, other objects are possible.
