WE HOPE YOU WILL BE INTERESTED IN:
- Plan, organize and supervise electrical engineering work from material collection to full completion of work
- Work together with your team
- Communicate in French with customer representatives
- Manage a team of up to 10 employees
- Work on business trips abroad - 6 weeks on the project, 2 weeks of rest in Lithuania
- Be a leader and authority for other team members.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL NEED:
- Ability to communicate in French
- Experience in electrical installation/connection of electrical equipment in industrial projects
- Ability to work using drawings, diagrams and instructions
- Ability to lead a team of 5-10 people and delegate work
- Ability to work with power tools
- Motivation to improve, create and be a leader for others.
