- Management of a team of workers;
- Ensuring the quality of work performed and managing the technological process;
- Making decisions regarding the use of mechanisms and other equipment, ensuring the supply of materials, and controlling their quality and quantity.

Employee requirements
- Higher or higher education in civil engineering, hydraulic engineering or road engineering - Advantage;
- Work experience in the construction sector supervising team work;
- Excellent planning, communication and negotiation skills;
- Computer literacy;
- Driver's license;
- Independence, responsibility, motivation to work.
