Designer;
Real estate broker assistance;
Attracting EU funds for the development of real estate projects in rural and recreational areas;
With the main ones (real estate owners), good negotiation skills;
Working with potential clients (tenants), companies and individuals;
Preparing contracts with clients and monitoring their implementation;
Accepting and approving orders;
Showing apartments and houses to clients;
Photographing and filming objects with a drone, we will provide equipment.
Attracting new clients using recommendations from former guests;
Pleasant communication and solving problem situations with clients;
Presentation of other additional company services;

Good command of Russian, not required, ability to communicate in a multicultural environment;

Experience in real estate services sales;
Computer skills and Microsoft Office programs;
Experience is not required, but would be an advantage.
Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian.
