Description of responsibilities:
By becoming part of BTA, we will entrust you with:
- Cooperate and negotiate with insurance brokers;
- Professionally present BTA services, advise brokers on insurance issues;
- Search for the best solution to resolve brokers' inquiries;
- Prepare commercial offers based on the information collected and conclude insurance contracts;
- Responsibly supervise, maintain and grow the sales portfolio of supervised brokers;
- Maintain mutual long-term cooperation with brokers to achieve sales goals.

Compensation system:
From 2300 - 2500 €/month fixed monthly salary;
Up to 30% of the fixed salary monthly bonus;
Up to 120% of the fixed salary quarterly bonus;
Up to 125% of the fixed salary annual bonus.
2300-4200€/month excluding taxes
- You are empathetic and able to cooperate with different people;
- Have sales and negotiation skills;
- Are characterized by initiative, quick orientation and diligence;
- Have good computer skills;
- Have a driver's license and your own car;
- Can work from an office;
- Have experience in the insurance field (an advantage).
- Interesting and meaningful work in one of the largest international insurance companies in the Baltic States;
