The responsibility of the doctor on duty is to ensure the monitoring and assessment of the health status of patients undergoing treatment in the on-call inpatient medical rehabilitation department and the provision of necessary medical assistance within their competence.
🌲What will you do in the team?
- Monitoring the condition of patients and assessing health changes;
- Providing necessary medical care within one's competence;
- Proper completion of medical documentation, recording changes in the patient's condition and actions taken, as well as prescriptions for medications and/or tests;
- Cooperation with other on-duty personnel (e.g., nurses and their assistants);
- Solving unforeseen situations (e.g., sudden deterioration of the patient's condition);
- Cooperation with other medical institutions (if necessary due to deterioration of the patient's condition);
- Ensuring the quality of personal health care services provided within one's professional competence;
- Planning and improving one's own qualification development;
- Implementation of internal work procedures, employee safety and health requirements;
- Participation in other activities related to the main functions of the medical RC.
🌲What do we expect from you?
- Higher university education in a medical study program;
- Acquired professional qualification of a medical doctor and a valid medical doctor's license (a valid license for doctors of other specialties may also be available);
- Experience in working in a hospital (medical rehabilitation, internal medicine or admission-emergency departments) would be an advantage;
- Ability to plan and organize one's work;
- Ability to react quickly and make decisions in stressful situations;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Computer skills (MS Office).
