We invite you to join our team as a night administrator!
Job description:
- Rotating schedule in night shifts, weekdays - 16:30 to 7:30, weekends/holidays - from 9:00 to 9:00. Work every third day.
- Welcoming guests, registration and departure administration.
- Working at the cash register, preparing invoices.
- Working with the Protel Air hotel management system.
- Pleasant guest service and comprehensive assistance during the stay.
- Assistance during breakfast preparation.
- Ensuring order and peace in the hotel at night.
- You are responsible, attentive and helpful.
- You communicate pleasantly with guests, are able to manage conflict situations.
- Coordination of hotel work and tasks for other departments.
- You are able to communicate well in Lithuanian and English. Russian would be a great advantage.
- Experience in hotel administration is not necessary - we will be happy to train you and help you integrate into the team. However, if you already have similar work experience, it would be a great advantage!
- Salary from 1200 EUR in hand + bonuses for achieved results.
