📍 Working with a rapidly growing real estate investment group
We are looking for more than just an accountant.
We are looking for someone who wants to see how real estate projects are born, how they are financed, developed and managed.
You will join a rapidly growing real estate group of companies that develops residential and conversion projects in the Baltic States.
This is a position for someone who wants to:
👉 get out of the routine "just document entry" accounting
👉 understand business logic
👉 participate in real investment management
👉 grow with projects
You will have the opportunity to work not with one company, but with the entire project structure - from acquisition to development and operations.

What you will do
Why is this position interesting
This is not a classic accountant's position.
You will work alongside management and project teams, so:
✔ you will see how real estate transactions are structured
✔ you will understand the logic of project financing
✔ you will participate in the development of a growing investment platform
✔ you will have a real influence on processes, not just their accounting
What we expect
+ Higher education in finance, economics or accounting
+ At least 2-3 years of experience in accounting
+ Knowledge of accounting and tax regulations in the Republic of Lithuania
+ Willingness to start preparing annual reports in time (if you already know how to do it, a big advantage).
+ Good work with Excel (analytical thinking is more important than memorizing formulas)
+ Diligence, responsibility and a desire to grow
+ Experience with real estate or construction companies is a big advantage.

What you will do
- Manage the accounting of the group of companies in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania
- Administer banking operations and cash flows
- Manage the issuance and accounting of VAT invoices
- Bring purchase / sales documents into accounting systems
- Oversee settlements with customers and suppliers
- Participate in budget tracking and analysis of monthly expenses
- Contribute to the financial control of the group's investment projects
