UAB "Tokvila" is the largest TOYOTA sales and technical service center in the Baltic States, operating in two modern centers in Vilnius (Žalgirio g. and Savanorių pr.). We are a steadily growing company that values professionalism, quality and teamwork.

Job location: Žalgirio g. 122, Vilnius.

Nature of work:

  • Accounting of primary accounting documents (sales, purchases, write-off acts).
  • Reconciliation of debt balances and turnovers with suppliers and buyers.
  • Management and updating of buyer and supplier databases.
  • Inventory receipt and write-off, warehouse control.
  • Execution of bank transfers.
  • Accounting for insurance costs.
  • Accounting for guarantees.
  • Accounting for accountable persons, business trips and fuel costs.

If necessary, we will train and include in broader accounting areas:
  • Accounting for long-term / short-term assets.
  • Tax calculation and declaration.
  • Preparation and analysis of internal reports.
  • Preparation of annual financial statements and communication with auditors.
This is a great opportunity for a specialist who wants to not only perform daily tasks, but also expand their knowledge in broader accounting areas.

What to expect:

Required:
  • Education in accounting, finance or economics.
  • Similar work experience.
  • Good skills in working with MS Office.
  • Positive attitude, ability to work smoothly in a team.

Important:
  • Diligence, responsibility and attention to detail.
  • Analytical thinking and ability to systematize large-scale information flows.
  • Ability to organize work independently.
