Nature of work
- Manage the company's daily accounting.
- Register and verify purchase and sales invoices and other accounting documents.
- Keep bank, cash and settlement accounts with suppliers and customers.
- Perform debt and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Keep payroll accounting: calculation of wages, vacation, sick leave, business trips and other benefits related to employment.
- Prepare and submit payroll-related reports and declarations.
- Administer employee working time accounting data and ensure their accuracy.
- Contribute to the closing of monthly and annual accounting.
- Prepare information for financial statements and management.
- Ensure that accounting is carried out in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and the company's accounting policy.
- Collaborate with hotel department managers, external auditors and other financial partners.
What do we expect?
- Accounting, finance or economics education.
- At least 2 years of work experience in the field of accounting.
- Experience in payroll accounting.
- Good knowledge of the basics of tax and labor law of the Republic of Lithuania.
- Excellent skills in working with MS Excel.
- Responsibility, diligence and attention to detail.
- Ability to independently plan work and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of English.
- Experience in hotels, restaurants or other hospitality business would be an advantage.
