JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Accounting of wages and related taxes, using total working time accounting;
- Accounting of vacation, sick pay, business trips and other benefits related to employment;
- Accounting of advance payments;
- Consulting employees on salary issues, preparing related certificates;
- Performing monthly closing procedures;
- Preparing and submitting monthly declarations to the State Tax Inspectorate, Social Insurance Institution and the Department of Statistics;
- Preparing and submitting annual declarations related to employment.
WE HOPE YOU:
- You have obtained a higher, higher education in accounting, finance, economics;
- You have at least 1 year of work experience in calculating wages for a larger number of employees (100 +);
- You are well versed in the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating accounting and wage calculation;
- You have work experience with accounting programs (Vikarina program - an advantage) and data management systems (experience with MS Dynamix AX - an advantage);
- Good MS Office skills, successful experience using MS Excel;
- You are responsible, meticulous, attentive to details, analytical.
