Nature of work
- Accounting for assigned employees' business trips (making accounts, preparing payment slips, forming orders, orders);
- Receiving purchase invoices, forming orders to suppliers, periodic reconciliation of debts to suppliers, preparing purchases in iSAF;
- Accounting for drivers' working hours/filling out timesheets;
- Prompt resolution of daily accounting problems and issues;
- Consulting employees and providing information on accounting issues;
•• Areas of tasks and responsibilities can be changed (increased/decreased), depending on the desired salary and competence. More details will be discussed during the interview.
Employee requirements
- Higher or higher education in accounting or a similar field
- Ability to communicate in Russian;
- Excellent Microsoft Excel, MS Office skills;
- Responsibly and timely completion of tasks, ability to work both independently and in a team;
- Experience working with Infotrans / Business Central (Navision) / LocTracker (or similar) programs;
- Experience working with the accounting program Pragma 4.0 is a great advantage;
- Salary calculation;
- Experience in accounting work - at least 2 years (in a transport company is a great advantage).
