How do we work?
- We use a fully automated system DIONE – a unique accounting program adapted only for us;
- We work in small teams – consisting of an accountant, an accountant and a chief accountant;
- Each employee has clearly defined duties and functions;
- We offer continuous opportunities to improve their qualifications and develop;
- All companies are small and very small;
- Accounting is conducted according to one standardized and clearly described process, so there are no unclear situations;
- We ensure smooth cooperation – clients who do not submit documents, do not communicate or do not provide the necessary information are deleted from the system.
Nature of work
- Distribute the registered invoices through the correct DK accounts;
- Follow VMI and SODRA debt balances, register late interest as needed;
- Provide tax and statistical reports (VMI, SODRA);
- Maintain the hygiene of company documents;
- Supervise debtor/creditor debts;
- Cooperate with Mr. accountant and perform tasks entrusted to her;
- Communicate with clients, according to qualifications.
Employee requirements
- Experience in accounting (at least 2 years);
- Desire to improve;
- Constructive thinking, responsibility, receptiveness to new information;
- Excellent oral and written knowledge of Lithuanian;
- Good computer skills;
- Ability to work in the office (Elektrėnų g. 7). There is no possibility to work only remotely.
