We are looking for a responsible, independent and organized accountant who would ensure smooth management of the company's accounting processes and contribute to personnel administration functions. This is a position for someone who is able to work independently, is focused on order, accuracy and quality results.
Nature of work
- Complete management of the company's accounting from primary documents to financial statements.
- Preparation and submission of financial, annual and quarterly reports.
- Submission of tax declarations and reports to the State Tax Inspectorate, Social Insurance Institution and other institutions.
- Payroll accounting.
- Accounting for banking operations, leasing, credit lines and fixed assets.
- Accounting for cost centers, fuel, inventories and materials.
- Debt administration and control.
- Accounting for foreign operations and Swedish VAT.
- Administration of employee employment and termination documents.
- Preparation and maintenance of personnel documents.
- Administration of working time accounting sheets (tables).
- Administration of vacation, sick leave and other personnel documents.
- Administration of employee business trip documentation (A1 certificates, ID06, Zoll, SWEA, etc.).
- Administration of internal policies and procedures.
We hope you:
- You have a higher education in finance, accounting or economics.
- You have at least 3 years of accounting experience.
- You are well-versed in Lithuanian accounting and tax requirements.
- You have experience in payroll accounting.
- You have experience in personnel administration or a desire to manage this area.
- You are able to independently plan work and prioritize tasks.
- You are meticulous, responsible and result-oriented.
