About the position:
You will be responsible for accounting for two companies in Poland and the Czech Republic. You will work in a finance team together with other accountants and bookkeepers.
Payroll and annual financial statements are prepared by foreign audit companies, you will not have to do this (just provide information).

Tasks:
Support to directors and group CFO;
Accounting in accordance with group accounting policies;
Closing of months and years according to established deadlines;
Control of balance sheets and profit/loss statements;
Preparation of information for tax returns and cooperation with external consultants;
Reporting to managers, audit and other partners;
Participation in the improvement and standardization of work processes;
Sharing best practices, experience and knowledge with colleagues;
Communication in English.

Our Service Center has been offering financial and operational services for 12 years and today our team consists of over 50 employees located in our office in Klaipeda. We are expanding the Service Center operations further in 2026 and the team will require trained accountants and logistics operations coordinators with good communication skills in English.
