Nature of work:
- Ensuring full, smooth and efficient management of the company's accounting in accordance with the accounting regulations of the Republic of Lithuania and internal policies;
- Preparation and submission of financial, tax, statistical reports and declarations to state institutions;
- Accounting and execution of banking transactions;
- Working with auditors and participating in financial inspections;
- Accounting of member contributions, income and expenses of associations, management of supplier accounts;
- Control of settlements, monitoring and prevention of debts;
- Preparation and submission of reports to meetings of apartment building owners' associations (DNSB);
- Performance of other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Higher or vocational education in accounting, finance or economics;
- At least 2 years of work experience in accounting;
- Very good skills in working with MS Excel and accounting programs;
- Independence, responsibility, diligence and analytical thinking;
- Ability to plan work, meet deadlines and solve problems.
