Nature of work
- Accounting for incoming VAT invoices and entering them into the Navision accounting program;
- Issuing sales VAT invoices;
- Saving documents on computer media and in paper format;
- Various SWEDBANK banking transactions and entering them into the program;
- Working with group information on mutual settlements and payments;
- Reconciling debt balances;
- Preparing reports and information tables;
- Accounting for travel, advance payments, fuel expenses;
- Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Employee requirements
- Higher education. Preferably in the fields of accounting, economics;
- Similar work experience;
- Good computer skills (MS Excel, accounting programs);
- Attentiveness, diligence, analytical thinking, responsibility;
- Good knowledge of English.
