Nature of work
- Entering, checking and registering primary accounting documents into the accounting program;
- Registration of bank transactions and settlements;
- Maintaining and controlling accounting for fixed assets;
- Executing inventory write-offs and preparing related documentation;
- Managing debts of buyers and suppliers, performing debt balance reconciliation;
- Preparing statistical reports;
- Participating in monthly closing and audit processes.
Employee requirements
- Higher education (economics, finance, accounting);
- Knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Latvia regulating accounting, taxes and corporate activities, and interest in current affairs;
- Skills in working with Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
- Experience in working with the accounting program Monitor G5 - an advantage;
- Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy and analytical thinking;
- Knowledge of English - an advantage;
- Experience in the field of accounting - an advantage.
