Your main responsibilities:
- full accounting of the company in accordance with applicable laws;
- accounting of purchase and sales documents, verification and control of incoming invoices;
- registration and control of bank transactions;
- accounting of costs and their distribution by individual projects / objects;
- calculation of wages, vacation pay, business trips and other benefits related to employment relations;
- accounting of fixed assets, inventories, advance payments and other economic transactions;
- accounting of debts of buyers and suppliers and reconciliation of balances;
- preparation and submission of tax returns and other mandatory reports to the State Tax Inspectorate, "Sodra" and other institutions;
- closing of monthly and annual accounting and preparation of financial statements;
- provision of financial information, reports and other necessary data to the company manager;
- supervision, control and improvement of accounting processes;
- coordination of the accounting system change project: assessment of the company's needs, selection of a suitable system, coordination of the transition from the currently used "SitePro" system and data migration, and control of the transferred data.
What do we expect from you:
- higher or higher education in accounting, finance, economics or a similar field;
- practical accounting work experience;
- good knowledge of legal acts regulating accounting and taxes;
- experience in payroll accounting;
- ability to independently organize work and ensure compliance with accounting deadlines;
- analytical thinking, diligence, responsibility and attention to detail;
- ability not only to ensure correct accounting, but also to evaluate existing processes and propose solutions for their improvement.
- experience in a company performing construction, engineering networks or other project accounting;
- experience in a company operating in Germany and (or) seconding employees to Germany;
- knowledge of the German market, tax or accounting features related to the company's activities;
