Your responsibilities:
We are looking for a consultant to join the team and advise clients using an accounting program designed for public sector institutions. The main goal of the position is to help clients work with the program: advise on how to use its functions, answer questions and help solve problems that arise.

- Consult clients by phone and e-mail regarding working with the accounting system;
- Help clients use the system's functionalities and perform accounting operations;
- Analyze client problems, identify their causes and find solutions;
- Register client requests, analyze system errors, describe them and transfer them to responsible specialists;
- Participate in testing system changes and new functionalities;
- Train clients in using the system and presenting its capabilities.
We hope you:
- Have good computer skills and quickly learn new systems;
- Able to analyze problems and find solutions;
- Are communicative, patient, responsible and attentive to details;
- Fluent in Lithuanian, both verbally and in writing.
Advantages:
- Knowledge of accounting basics;
- Experience with accounting programs;
- Experience in customer consulting or IT support (HelpDesk).
