Assistant Accountant/Accountant

We are looking for a team addition for the expanding company "OJ Crew".
"OJ Crew" is looking for an assistant accountant / accountant to join the team of the chief accountant.
We invite an active, responsible employee to join the team of a growing company!
Part-time employment is also possible (0.5 or 0.75 full-time), flexible schedule.

Nature of work:

Maintenance and control of primary accounting documents;
Performance of tasks delegated by the chief accountant;
Entry of purchase documents into the accounting program;
Management and administration of incoming and outgoing documents;
Supervision and administration of employee work schedules (working days, holidays, sick leave, orders, requests);
Archiving and orderly registration of financial documentation;
Accounting for salaries of employed seafarers;
Working with data, entering it into systems.

Requirements:

Knowledge of English is essential;
Experience working with B1 accounting software is an advantage;
Experience working in the maritime sector is an advantage.

Higher / higher education in accounting, finance or economics (advantage);

• Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook);
• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken) - a great advantage;
• Similar work experience - at least 6 months;
• Ability to quickly respond to a changing situation;
• Good organizational and time planning skills;
• Ability to quickly learn and absorb new information;
• Knowledge of business ethics and protocol;
• Personal qualities: organization, responsibility, diligence, honesty, flexibility, sociability, initiative and ability to quickly respond to changes.

Advantages if:

• You are familiar with the accounting program "B1";
• You have experience in a maritime or similar company;
• You have experience in the field of office administration.

The final salary during the trial period is discussed during the interview and depends on work experience and available competences.
