Job description
We are Old Tbilisi, a Georgian restaurant based in Vilnius, and we are looking for an Accountant to join our team on a remote basis.
We need someone who can take real ownership of our day-to-day accounting — not just execute tasks, but manage them independently from start to finish. You will be working with the Rivilė accounting system.
Your responsibilities will include:
Salary is to be discussed after our first meeting — we want to understand what you can fully take ownership of (tasks and responsibility level) before agreeing on terms. If it's a good fit, there is real room to grow both the role and your compensation over time.
Location: Vilnius (remote work)

- Invoice management (incoming and outgoing)
- Employee contracts and contract changes
- Monthly closing
- Coordination with tax declarations and reporting
- Other standard accounting tasks as needed

Requirements
- Experience in accounting (hospitality or F&B background is a plus)
- Proficiency with Rivilė accounting system
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of assigned tasks
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Lithuanian language proficiency (required for tax and regulatory communication)
