Primary responsibilities
- Bank statement reconciliation, payment order formation.
- Preparation of customer debt reports, debt prevention.
- Preparation of reconciliation acts for customers and suppliers.
- Submission of Intrastat reports, accounting for advance payments, fuel accounting, accounting for fixed assets.
- Execution of warehouse write-offs, participation in inventories.
- Provision of packaging tax and chemical materials data to the responsible person.
- Other tasks assigned by the finance manager, such as collecting additional data in the budgeting and year-end closing processes and other minor tasks.
Position requirements
- Higher education in finance, accounting or bookkeeping or the final stage of similar studies.
- Work experience in accounting, accounting or finance.
- Knowledge of the tax system of the Republic of Lithuania.
- Work experience with the programs "Rivile" and "Excel".
- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, diligence and independence.
- Possibility to work in an office 0.5 full-time under a fixed-term employment contract.
