ACCOUNTANT - ACCOUNTANT

You will receive, check and register primary accounting documents - purchase and sales invoices, delivery notes, acts, credit documents
You will control the correctness of document details, VAT rates and contractor data
You will keep records of cash transactions, bank statements and advance payments of accountable persons
You will register data in the accounting program "Rivile"
You will prepare and coordinate reconciliation acts of mutual settlements, monitor debtors' and creditors' debts
You will prepare data for i.SAF / i.VAZ registers and tax declarations
You will communicate with suppliers and customers on accounting document issues in Lithuanian, English and Russian
You will participate in inventories, manage and archive documents

Higher or higher education in accounting, finance or economics
At least 2 years of accounting work experience, including working with primary documents
Experience of independent work with the accounting program "Rivile"
Proficiency in English and Russian (at least B2 level) - for business correspondence and communication
Knowledge of the VAT law and requirements for primary documents
Good Excel skills (filters, summary tables, search functions), experience using VMI EDS and i.MAS
Diligence, responsibility and ability to meet deadlines

Experience in accounting for EU and third country transactions (import, export, reverse charge)
Experience in accounting for fixed assets or inventories
Accountant qualification certificates

From 2450 €/mon. gross
Salary: from 2450 Eur/month excluding taxes (about 1500 Eur "in hand"), the specific amount depends on experience and competencies
